plantronics blackwire c610 headset doesn't recognize the driver on the computer.
They were unable to help me, and said my problem is a Microsoft Windows problem. I am running Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 32 bit operating system. Worked with Plantronics before I posted my problem.
