So I'm assuming windows got corrupted. I just upgraded to Windows 10, bit. You may try again to do a full format on your laptop. Every time the laptop boots up it says there was an error, then it says to reinstall windows, when I do that it just loops back to the boot up screen and then asks to install windows again.
